Description
The Business Analyst will work with projects from inception through ongoing maintenance. This position will lead business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation, including workflows, processes and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively – both verbally and written – to peers and business partners to include strong questioning and listening skills and the ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts.
• Interview business counterparts to effectively draw out and articulate the business need/problem/ opportunity to be addressed. Provide scaled options for implementation based on the business need.
• Gather and analyze requirements. Organize and document business needs to enable design and development, including project charters and plans, gap analysis, timelines, use-cases, and business, functional and UX requirements.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlines
• Provide consultation to development team for business facing application enhancements
• Identify potential business opportunities and take appropriate initiative to pursue

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis on Business-facing technology
• Experience articulating requirements for proprietary software development in a financial services organization highly desirable
• Project management experience highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to articulate customized solutions to meet business requirements
• Advanced experience working with Agile/Lean/Kanban software development processes
• Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the project lifecycle
• Ability to independently manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous projects across groups and teams

General Description

The Program Manager has deep skills in business analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR). In this role, you are the point person for BC/DR events that disrupt normal business operations that use IT systems. You understand that events happen at any time, are prepared to be on call, enjoy being the critical coordinator during events and provide all after event write-ups. In addition, you ensure that each department’s BC/DR plans are in place by helping to create, review and verify them through testing scenarios done on a timely basis.

In addition this role performs business analysis and project management for purchased technology solutions. You are comfortable talking tech with vendors, developers and digging in deep to get the best requirements with business owners. You create and manage requirements, schedules, metrics, and other artifacts for business critical initiatives that are primarily focused on 3rd party solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Creates and modifies guidelines, planning documents, costing requirements, and risk assessments.
  • “Right size” project management process to fit the project size, complexity, and technical team based on defined scope.
  • Identify, track, and deliver metrics on key performance indicators to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Create and support program scorecards, dashboards and communication plans to be consumed by all departments.
  • Manages vendor selection, management, and processes to rate vendor delivery.
  • Coordinates executive approval and prioritization of vendor-based technology initiatives
  • Provides Marketing and Sales support of 3rd party systems, such as the external website and the internal sales tools.
  • Acts as primary contact for critical of 3rd party systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis with 3+ years of Project Management experience managing internal software development,  infrastructure and vendor based projects
  • Excels under pressure, able to make quick decisions, and escalate as appropriate
  • Proven ability to write well-formed, clear documentation and hold presentations for large groups
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized in task management and scheduling
  • Enthusiasm for driving a business case and translating technical, multi-layered projects for non-technical user
  • Absolute passion for process and technology
  • Metrics – must have a passion for creating and using metrics
  • Extensive process-oriented experience (ITIL, PMBOK, , Agile, SDLC)

General Description

This position focuses on the daily support of software applications, client hardware and request triage. The Solutions Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining company systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prioritization and management of technical requests and operational duties requiring expertise with a variety of hardware and software systems
  • Research and provide timely resolution for a variety of issues
  • Design, install, manage and support software applications and computer equipment
  • Participate in projects that enhance or upgrade company systems or employee experience
  • Update and maintain process documentation, inventory, and self-help knowledge base
  • Create scope documentation for project related efforts
  • Monitor ticketing systems, phone/voice mail, email and related sources for support inquiries.Acts as primary contact for critical of 3rd party systems

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of IT-Related experience in a role supporting computer systems. (Application Support/Helpdesk, etc.)
  • Specific experience with Windows 7 and OSX operating systems, Thin Clients, and VMware VDI
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Multimedia systems
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Perl, VBS, Excel macros)
  • Experience with ticket and project tracking systems
  • Familiarity with Apple products on a corporate network
  • College degree and financial industry experience preferred

Job Requirements
